The most memorable menu was the signature salmon yukhoe. The yukhoe was served with egg yolk, adding richness, and the salmon was fresh but moderately aged, so it was soft and salty. Also, the flavor was doubled when eaten with wasabi and onions. The tteokbokki served as a basic side dish was also very delicious, and the overall plating was pretty, making it visually enjoyable. It is a great place for a date, and also a good place to enjoy a light drink with friends.
