Huangtian is a quiet village in southern Anhui that has not yet been commercialized

Inspired by the desire to see the great mountains from which Song Yunhui of 'The River Flows Eastward' emerged, I arrived at Huangtian. The village has not been fully commercialized (though a gate has been installed at the entrance of the village, and there is a fee to enter), and it has not been fully developed. For instance, Song Yunhui's old house remains untouched, and the bridge that was washed away by a flood has not been rebuilt, leaving a solitary house unreachable. After dark, the entire village plunges into darkness, devoid of light and people, enveloped in silence. However, the majority of the houses are still inhabited. Commercialization is a paradoxical presence. But I enjoy this tranquility. Walking through the village in the early morning, the air is so fresh that every pore seems to open up. Huangtian Scenic Area
