A treasure homestay for immersive Cangshan Mountain views, a must-visit!!!

My first trip to Dali led me to this highly recommended homestay after careful selection, and it completely exceeded expectations with incredible value for money! Nestled at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, we booked a scenic room with breathtaking mountain views. The second floor features a massive viewing platform perfect for sunbathing and enjoying afternoon tea against the mountain backdrop – pure bliss! The place is incredibly photogenic, and even if you're not great at taking photos, the hostess is always ready to help capture perfect shots. The location is superb: just minutes' walk to Dali Ancient Town, and very close to Longkan Wharf, Three Pagodas, and Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils Film City, making sightseeing super convenient. Free parking is available at the door. The environment is peaceful with well-maintained plants in the courtyard, ensuring quiet nights. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy. Unlike a previous hotel that had fake Lefant hair dryers, here they have genuine Lefant products and King Koil mattresses (same as ours at home) – no trouble sleeping at all! Their attention to detail is impressive, providing disposable toilet seat covers, humidifiers, and a 55-inch TV with VIP access. The cats and dogs are adorable and love cuddles! I especially fell for the aloof but sweet Tangbao – so fluffy I wanted to take him home! The staff's local tips were super helpful, and their homemade waffles became my favorite – fluffy and delicious. Unlimited coffee and Pu'er tea are available daily, making the stay truly enjoyable. Staying at Molyu Mountain Lodge made me fall in love with Dali – I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended for everyone~
