The structure, made of hinoki wood woven in a traditional style, is highly recommended for those interested in architecture. Enjoying a cup of coffee inside made for a pleasant short break. ✦ Unforgettable traditional snack, Umegae Mochi ✦ On the bus, I received the local traditional dessert of Dazaifu, 'Umegae Mochi.' Its crispy exterior and sweet, moist filling were absolutely delicious.
