The restaurant is called "Restaurant Rataskaevu 16" in Tallinn, Estonia. I dropped in without a reservation after lunchtime. It was full, but when I waited in front of the restaurant for about 120 minutes, they prepared a table for me. The inside of the restaurant was cute, the staff were kind, and the food was delicious, so I was very happy. The salmon and salmon roe were seasoned with sweet mustard, and it was a flavor I'd never eaten before, but it was fresh and delicious💕 When they brought the food, they said "enjoy," and we had a lot of conversation, and when I paid, I even got a receipt with "thank you" written on it.
