[Fukuoka] The famous Basque cheesecake in Fukuoka!

I went to THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort, a resort hotel and spa in Umi-no-Nakamichi 🚗 ⁡ I had lunch at The Lounge on the Water in this hotel 🍽️ ⁡ Why are hotel restaurants so stylish? 🥺 ⁡ What I had here: ・Hanabata Farm Burrata and Prosciutto Pizza (Pizzacook collaboration) ・Mexican Spaghetti with Crab and Jalapeño ・Basque Cheesecake ⁡ The melted burrata cheese on the pizza was irresistible 🧀 ⁡ The spaghetti was also delicious, with the flavor of the crab condensed into it 🦀 ⁡ And I really recommend the Basque cheesecake! ⁡ "Hmm? I thought this tastes like something I've eaten somewhere before," but this hotel is part of the PDS Hotel chain 🏨 ⁡ They actually serve 6th Basque cheese 🥹 Isn't it amazing that you can eat sweets that you'd have to queue for in Tokyo without lining up in Fukuoka? 🥺🥺 ⁡ And from next year, you'll be able to enjoy the best 6th pancakes I've ever had 🥞 ⁡ I'm looking for someone to go eat pancakes with me. ←Seriously ⁡ The fireplace in the restaurant is irresistible for girls 🔥 ⁡ It's empty on weekdays and a hidden gem, so it might be a good place to have a relaxing girls' night out 🫖 ⁡ The hotel was lovely with its warm wood and purple color, giving it an adult atmosphere 💕 ⁡ Next time, I'd like to enjoy a relaxing hotel stay 🏨 #FukuokaTourism #FukuokaCafe #Umi-no-NakamichiSeasidePark
