Essential Ramen Shop on a Japan Trip: Archipelago Ramen No. 1, Ippudo

Japan's No. 1 ramen is right here! The tour guide said that Ichiran Ramen is ranked third! Naturally, that made me curious, so I visited on the last day of my trip! First off, there was no waiting, and it was an open run! I didn't have to queue or anything. It's located on the 10th floor. Please refer to the photo where it's written in English as IPPUDO! *Operating Hours 11:00-22:00 I haven't tried Ichiran myself, but a friend who has says it's greasy, salty, and to the point of being inedible. (It seems to be quite divisive in terms of likes and dislikes) And here, my friend found it salty as well, but to me, it was similar to Korea! The food is originally a bit stimulating and can be somewhat salty, so this level of seasoning is something I've often experienced in Korean restaurants!
