Despite the word "residential" in its name, this place is undoubtedly an excellent choice for travelers. The hotel's biggest highlight is the perfect combination of "great value" and "amazing comfort." While the rooms aren't luxurious, the 30㎡ size is considered spacious in Japan. The bed is exceptionally soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. What surprised me the most was the mini kitchen included in the room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers who prefer to cook their own meals. Plus, there are supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk to Tenjin Underground Shopping Street, so you don't even need to carry large luggage while shopping. Although the hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including Hakata Ikkousha Ramen and Chikuzen-style cuisine restaurants. The staff, though few in number, are friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. If you're looking for a hotel that's affordable, conveniently located, and offers a cozy, home-like atmosphere, the Tenjin Residential Hotel is highly recommended! It's especially ideal for long-term stays or travelers who enjoy cooking their own meals.
