Kakegawa, Hotaisan | Summer wind chimes and Kimakura lunch trip in a yukata

#JapanTravelStrategy We went out in yukata and headed to Hotaisan in Kakegawa. The approach to the shrine was lined with wind chimes, and the sound they made every time the wind blew was soothing and refreshing~🎐 The path of purple Teru Teru Bouzu was especially cute, and it was sure to look great in photos! After praying, we drove to Kimakura Main Branch for lunch. The limited-edition gozen lunch came with many small dishes, so it was a feast for the eyes, and we also enjoyed the fragrant sencha tea, and it even came with a dessert, so it was so luxurious...! The calm Japanese atmosphere was a perfect match for the yukata✨ It was the perfect mini-travel course for a summer outing! --- 👘Kakegawa｜Summer Yukata Stroll: Hattasan Temple & Kimikura Lunch Wore a yukata and strolled around Hattasan Temple in Kakegawa! The path lined with wind chimes made for a soothing soundtrack, and the adorable purple teru-teru bozu hanging along the walkway were super photogenic 🎐 After paying our respects, we headed to Kimikura Main Store for lunch. Their limited lunch set comes with several small dishes beautifully presented like a kaiseki meal. You also get to enjoy a pot of high-quality sencha, and the meal even finishes with a Japanese dessert.
