There are only two menus: Somyeong Gukbap and Boiled Pork. To remove the gamey smell, they put crushed raw garlic in the empty earthenware pots that are served to customers. They say that the taste is different when it is cooked and put in raw garlic. Usually, Somyeong Gukbap is made with white broth made by boiling the bones and miscellaneous bones for 4 hours to remove the oil.
