On weekends, you can see couples on dates, people walking alone, and families with children. Among them, All That Coffee Roastery has a different atmosphere from the exterior. You can feel the inner strength from the neat wooden sign and the phrase "Espresso Caffé since 2005." More than anything, the scent of the coffee beans being roasted directly surrounds the alley and draws your steps. As you can see from the menu, All That Coffee offers a variety of coffees centered around the Dark Classic Blend. Of course, espresso-based coffee, flat white, special drinks, and even Shakerato! It's a heavenly combination for coffee lovers. There were so many delicious-looking menus that it took a long time to choose. The menu I ordered was Vanilla Flat (6.0), which is a flat white topped with vanilla ice cream. What surprised me the first time I took a sip was that the vanilla flavor was not artificial but very subtle! The milk and espresso were well-balanced, so I didn't get tired of it until the last sip. What was most impressive was that the coffee was strong and rich. The richness is felt first rather than the bitterness, and the slightly heavy acidity follows, and I really liked the balanced taste. Even from the perspective of a frequent coffee drinker, it wasn't just a 'strong taste', but the depth of the roasting and the quality of the coffee beans themselves were felt. My friend who went with me drank strawberry latte (6.5), and said that the texture was alive because it contained real strawberry pulp, not strawberry syrup, and that when mixed with milk, the natural sweetness enveloped the mouth.
