Persian Cuisine at 'Shishlik Grillhouse' in Vancouver

Invited by a friend in Vancouver, I had the chance to visit a Persian restaurant 🎈. First, I was amazed by one of the servers, a woman who could speak Korean and Cantonese fluently—a true language genius! Then, the food arrived, and I was blown away by the presentation. Finally, tasting the dishes left me thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this place! We made a reservation for four people and ordered the plate menu designed for four. Later, we enjoyed tea and baklava for dessert, and everything was delicious. The only downside was that the baklava was a bit too sweet for my taste. However, pairing the black tea with mini roses floating in it enhanced both the flavor and aroma—a personal tip! If you love meat, this place is a must-try. The Turkish-style grilled meat, the meat served over rice, and the saffron-seasoned grilled chicken were all incredibly tasty. The berries sprinkled over the rice were also delightful. If you're visiting Vancouver, make sure to check it out! There are two locations with the same name—one in North Vancouver and another in Coquitlam. Choose the one closest to you and give it a try!
