Corfu – Green, Grand, and Full of Charm

#greekislandhopping Corfu feels different from the Cyclades — it’s greener and has Venetian flair. I spent a lot of time exploring Corfu Town, with its old fortresses and pastel-colored buildings. The beaches in Paleokastritsa were a dream: clear water and lush hills all around. I rented a scooter to visit hidden monasteries and olive groves inland. The food in Corfu is slightly different too — sofrito and pastitsada were absolutely delicious. Corfu is a great mix of culture, nature, and chill island life.
