The former Crowne Plaza in Luogang, Guangzhou, has been rebranded as Hilton Jade. Why mention it? It is one of the few hotels in Guangzhou with an outdoor swimming pool (excluding rooftop pools), and has abundant children's entertainment facilities. 🏘️Room types/layout: This time I went to Guangzhou on a business trip and was fortunate enough to stay here again. As the hotel is located within Jianfengling Park, the room types can be broadly divided into two categories: those facing the hotel's indoor swimming pool and those facing Jianfengling Park. Regardless of the room type, guests will not find it noisy. The only "disadvantage" may be that the quieter the room, the further it is from the lobby. 🎯Entertainment facilities: The hotel is mainly occupied by business travelers during weekdays, but on weekends, families from around Guangzhou will stay here for a night. At this time, the hotel's children's water facilities and kids' club come in handy. 🍽️Restaurant specialties/Executive Lounge: The hotel lounge is currently open only in the afternoon and offers HH (Happy Hour), of course, the Chinese version, which focuses on eating your fill. The last time I stayed for a long time, the lounge manager asked me what I wanted to eat, and I said tomato scrambled eggs. Sure enough, it was served the next day. This time, Carmen's service in the lounge was also very good, actively introducing dishes and arranging seats, making guests feel at home. Although the lounge is not open during the day, soft drinks can be collected at the lobby bar. In such hot and humid weather, a bottle of iced cola is a lifesaver. Breakfast may be considered a weakness. How to say it? It should be comprehensive, but not very special. There is Korean bibimbap, but I don't think it's a Guangzhou specialty. The next day I stayed at Sofitel Saint Sophia, which also has rice noodle rolls. Regardless of the taste, local hotels should have 1 or 2 local specialties. 💗Other tips: As a hotel for business travelers from Monday to Friday, it can be said to be very generous to members.
