Downtown Guilin Hotel, a must-stay for family trips this summer!

Took the kids to Guilin last weekend and chose this hotel 🏨. Though not specifically a family-themed hotel, their family room totally rivals dedicated kid-friendly hotels! No child can resist the adorable rubber duckies 🐥! Highly recommend it for summer family trips to Guilin—it’s also super budget-friendly! Little Baozi’s eyes lit up as soon as we entered! The room was filled with rubber ducky 🐥 elements everywhere! Two large beds with duck-themed sheets, a themed play tent 🏕️, and toys—every detail was spot-on! It completely won his heart, and he didn’t even want to leave the room! (Check the last photo—he refused to go out with his backpack and just yanked it off!) The room was fully equipped for kids 👶, including toiletries, a child-sized toilet, and even duck-patterned floor mats. The biggest surprise was the stepping stool, which let Little Baozi wash up independently—usually, he needs us to hold him up! (I immediately ordered the same one online to use at home!) Since it’s not a family-focused hotel, there’s no kids' play area, but there’s a building block table outside the restaurant where Little Baozi happily showed off his "masterpiece" to me. Breakfast 🍳 at the hotel had a great variety, and judging by how he devoured it, the food was delicious. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance too, with sunlight ☀️ streaming through the semi-glass ceiling—so cozy! The hotel is right in 📍 downtown, making it super convenient for families. Attractions like the Twin Pagodas, Elephant Trunk Hill, and East-West Alley are all within a short walk 🚶‍♂️ (the farthest is just 10 minutes away).
