Guiyang Amber Hotel is set to join The Leading Hotels of the World™, becoming the 10th hotel in Greater China recognized by this prestigious luxury boutique hotel alliance. Located on Changling North Road in Guiyang's Guanshanhu District, the hotel is approximately 23 km from Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport and close to Guanshanhu Park, Guizhou Provincial Museum, and CC Park Mall, offering a convenient location. The interiors, designed by renowned designer Kevin Ding, aim to "draw inspiration from local landscapes and combine artistic architectural language to create a unique spatial design," delivering a distinctive boutique hospitality experience. For instance, the understated entrance evokes a sense of privacy akin to Park Hyatt, while the cascading arches in the 20th-floor lobby bar mirror Guizhou's karst cave formations. Artworks displayed throughout the hotel reinforce its "art gallery" positioning. With just 88 rooms (starting from 38m²) and suites, the hotel features embroidered feature walls, North American black walnut furniture, and King Koil mattresses. Guests enjoy complimentary minibar access, a fruit platter, and evening desserts during their stay. Originally opened in 2020 as Guiyang Guanshanhu Amber Hotel, the property rebranded in July 2024 as Guiyang Amber Hotel, aspiring to become "China’s own luxury boutique hotel born from a global perspective."
