Nagaragawa Park

#thingstodo A park located on the banks of the Nagara River at the foot of the Nagara Bridge. It has a grass field and an inline skating rink, and is often used for events such as the Tejiri Fire Festival. It is the starting point of Naoko Takahashi Road, named after the women's marathon gold medalist from Gifu. Because of this, it is crowded with people who enjoy jogging. Jogging competitions are also often held from here. There is a free parking lot that can accommodate about 50 cars. You can enjoy the tranquil scenery of the Nagara River, the surrounding mountains including Mt. Kinka, and cormorant fishing boats. Furthermore, if you go up to Nagara Bridge and look downstream, you can also see Mt. Ibuki.
