I visited On A Break, a large new cafe in Gwangju with a view of Hwangryong River:) 1st floor parking lot & staircase 2nd floor counter & cafe 3rd floor cafe 4th floor rooftop You can go up to the 2nd floor by elevator or stairs to order. The interior of the 1st floor is green and the view through the large windows is great. There is even a pretty photo zone on one side, so you can take pretty pictures. The 2nd floor is a restaurant with a view because the chairs are placed by the windows so that you can look out at the Hwangryong River.
