Underrated and Awesome

#summervacay Juheulsan might not be on every tourist list, but honestly? It should be. This mountain totally surprised me, in the best way. It’s got that rugged, “secret spot” vibe, and the trails are just the right mix of challenge and chill. Nothing too intense, but enough to make you feel like you earned your snacks. The hike starts out nice and easy, winding through some quiet forest, then gets a bit steeper with some rocky bits that keep things interesting. There weren’t a ton of people when we went, which made it feel even more special, just you, the trail, and some seriously good views. The summit gave us a sweeping panorama of the surrounding countryside, super underrated scenery. We hung out up there for a while, soaking it in and feeling all outdoorsy and accomplished. If you’re looking for a solid hike that’s not packed with crowds but still delivers, Juheulsan is a hidden gem worth checking out.
