Hachimantai aspite line This road runs between Iwate and Akita prefectures in the Tohoku region of Japan. The road winds along the mountain road for about 27 kilometers and passes the top of Mt. Hachimantai. Tourists often drive to see the beautiful scenery on both sides of the road, which changes with the seasons. From the road, you can see a blue lake amidst a pine forest.
