Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort

Had a chance to organize a trip to Hakuba in mid-May 2018. On this trip, we rented a car and parked it at the Iwatake Mountain Resort parking lot. We took the gondola up very high into the clouds. The air up there was very cold, so I recommend bringing a warm jacket. The view from up there is beautiful. Then we took the cable car back down to see the mountain range and then came back up. I recommend arriving no later than 3 PM because they start closing the doors around 4 PM... Overall, I was very impressed.
