Hanam, Korean Cuisine Gem: Yudam Deulbap

🔮 I recently enjoyed a delightful meal at Yudam Deulbap in Hanam. Located near Geomdansan Station, the restaurant exudes a cozy atmosphere from the outside. Inside, it’s clean and tidy, offering a quiet and comfortable dining experience. The soy-marinated crab was not overly salty but full of umami, making it a perfect companion to rice. The crab, packed with roe, melted softly in the mouth, and the accompanying rice and side dishes complemented the meal beautifully. The set menu was well-prepared, evoking the warmth of a home-cooked meal. Each side dish, including the seasoned vegetables, was crafted with care, resulting in a satisfying and unpretentious dining experience.🌳 The dishes were served in traditional brassware, enhancing the presentation and making the food look even more appetizing. It’s a great spot to enjoy a hearty meal after a walk around Geomdansan or when visiting the area.🍁
