Prime Location, Serene Choice Nestled along the Qiantang River, the hotel boasts an unparalleled geographical advantage. Away from the hustle and bustle yet easily accessible, leisurely riverside strolls with refreshing breezes offer pure relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, it strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Aesthetic Design, Exquisite Style Upon entering, the hotel's distinctive decor immediately catches the eye. The dominant blue theme elegantly blends sophistication with comfort, while the public areas showcase ingenious design. From the lobby to the corridors, every detail reflects the designer's creativity, making a stroll through the space feel like wandering through an art gallery—a truly uplifting experience. Attentive Service, Room for Improvement During my stay, although a room change was required due to cleanliness issues, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, demonstrating warm and efficient service. However, there’s still room for improvement in finer details, such as stricter quality control for room cleanliness and welcome fruit offerings to further enhance the guest experience. Breathtaking River Views, a Visual Feast The 270-degree river-view suite was the highlight of my stay, offering absolutely stunning scenery. Whether at dawn with its soft glow or under the glittering night lights, the panoramic Qiantang River views from the window were mesmerizing. The spectacular vista made it tempting to stay in the room all day, soaking in the ever-changing river scenery—a visual treat I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Breakfast Hopes for Enhancement The only slight disappointment was the breakfast. The variety was somewhat limited, failing to fully cater to diverse tastes. I hope the hotel will prioritize improving breakfast quality by expanding the menu and refining ingredient freshness and cooking techniques to offer a more sumptuous morning dining experience.
