#TravelHatYai Hello, today I'm reviewing Richmann Resort Hotel Hatyai (located in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province). 😊 Check-in didn't take long. All the front desk staff were lovely and worked quickly. (The resort's check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.) 😊 The room was clean. The bed was so soft it sucked my soul. The pillows were large and medium-firm. My husband likes to sleep on two super-firm pillows. 🤣🤣 This room was designed in proportion. It had a comfortable view, wasn't stuffy, and didn't have a musty smell. The air conditioner was cool and comfortable. It was cleaned well every day. 😊 Breakfast was beautifully arranged, both savory and sweet. It was okay. There were many choices. There was southern curry with coconut milk and shrimp with betel leaves. But it's a pity that there were no dumplings or steamed buns because my son likes them. 🤣🤣 In fact, we saw that there were quite a few Malaysian tourists staying at the resort. They should add Chinese food to the menu. 😁 ✨️In terms of service in this area, we rate it excellent!! Quickly collect the finished dishes...we want something like the staff knows in their hearts..when we turn to ask...they hand it to us🤣🤣..and since we walked in, the staff noticed that we had a small child..they brought a child seat and cups and bowls for the child..this impressed the young mother😁 😊 The swimming pool is not small or big. There is a bar in the middle of the pool. There is a deep and shallow water zone and an Airpool system zone for a relaxing back massage. 😊 As for the Kids Club, normally, there are almost no hotels in the Hat Yai area that have a Kids Club.
