[Hyogo Prefecture] Japan's first World Heritage Site "Himeji Castle"

Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture World Heritage Site, National Treasure, Japan's Largest Castle Tower [Himeji Castle] Address: 68 Honmachi, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture I visited before when the large-scale "Heisei Great Repair" was taking place. It's been a while since I last visited Himeji Castle, and it's still a masterpiece! The castle tower was used to store important items such as gold, silver, and weapons, and was filled with supplies needed for battles during sieges. It was also good to see the tools used in the daimyo procession. They were used to carry them during alternate attendance. There were rules for the shape and materials that could be used depending on the rank of the daimyo. There were so many things I didn't know.
