It makes our local nem nuong seem like Shenzhen's version. Besides the different props like grilled pork, fried spring rolls, and crispy Vietnamese pancakes, the rice paper here is not like ours. Rolling it up and eating it can be quite a challenge, with each bite being quite large. The dipping sauce is rich and flavorful. As for the portion size, we went with just two people and one set was enough to fill us up. To finish off, there's a dessert of mango mousse and chocolate. Satisfying and delightful.
