[Furano] Lavender fields

When you think of Hokkaido's lavender fields, you think of Farm Tomita. These lavender fields are a scenic spot representative of Furano, Hokkaido, and a popular tourist spot that attracts many tourists from both Japan and abroad! When the lavender fields are in full bloom, they turn purple, making for a truly spectacular sight. I'm sure it depends on the weather to some extent, but on the day I went, it was actually drizzling (on and off). But even so, I was soothed by the beautiful scenery. The only problem is that there are only a few hotels in Furano. Recently, with so many tourists from overseas visiting, the hotels tend to fill up early.
