The Beijing-style cooking method is very special. The most tender and smooth part of the duck breast is served first. It is recommended by the chef. The duck breast slices are dipped in white sugar. The duck breast is dotted with sugar and melts in the mouth, awakening the taste buds. Cucumber, scallion and cantaloupe are used as ingredients here.
