Review of The Silveri Hong Kong M-Gallery

The Silveri Hong Kong M-Gallery Located about 15 minutes from the airport, with a shuttle service every 30 minutes. You can walk to the bus stop area, where the hotel shuttle buses numbered 11-14 are located. Look for the signs on the side of the bus. The lobby is on the 9th floor, and the executive lounge is on the 15th floor. Platinum members can check in on the 15th floor to avoid long waits. I booked a classic room with 1 queen bed. The staff mentioned an upgrade, but I wasn't sure which type I received. The room felt spacious and not cramped, designed in a Japanese style—open and visually pleasing. The in-room amenities were of good quality, but the door was thick and heavy, requiring some effort to push. The welcome set included snacks, apple juice, and mineral water, all of good quality. The lounge on the 15th floor offers evening cocktails from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but drinks are available until 9:00 PM. Snacks are available all day starting at 11:00 AM, and the food quality is good. You can redeem a welcome drink at the pavilion, which has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. The gym uses TECHNOGYM equipment, and the pool on the 9th floor is not very large but has a nice ambiance. Late check-out is available until 4:00 PM. The staff provides excellent service in all areas. Front Office staff member Kate was polite, provided good service, and had a pleasant demeanor. Overall, I feel that the value received was worth it, even though the hotel is far from the city and the room rates are not expensive.
