A Refined Lunch Experience at Fratelli in Repulse Bay: A Journey of Italian Cuisine

Repulse Bay offers beautiful scenery and a comfortable environment, making it a perfect spot for a day trip. This time, we enjoyed a refined lunch at Fratelli, an Italian restaurant in Repulse Bay 🇮🇹. We started with Vitello Tonnato 🥩 as an appetizer ($120). This classic Italian cold dish features thinly sliced veal paired with a special tuna sauce, offering a rich texture. The tender veal and the well-matched sauce bring a refreshing taste 🥰. For the main course, we had Aglio Olio Mussels Linguine 🍝 ($190). The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a chewy texture. The fresh mussels absorbed the flavors of olive oil, garlic, and spices, making each bite full of seafood goodness. The aromatic garlic and a hint of spiciness made this dish stand out even more 😋. We chose the classic Tiramisu for dessert. The Tiramisu had a smooth texture, with the aroma of coffee and the taste of chocolate blending perfectly, leaving us extremely satisfied and ending the delicious lunch on a perfect note 😍. During the meal, we also enjoyed complimentary bread 🍞, paired with Italian balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and dipping it in the sauce made it even more delicious.
