Recommend local congee shops in Hong Kong

Since I passed by and felt like I had to stop by, I still hadn't had anything for lunch😂 I don't know if the shop is famous or not, but I think it's very delicious. The shop's name is Chung Kee Congee. It's a normal shophouse on Hennessy Road. There's an English menu. That's it! Because most people here speak Cantonese. If you memorize something, they won't talk to you. Even more delicious than congee is the Steamed Dried Shrimp Rice Roll. It's like chives dough, but as thick as rice vermicelli. It also has dried shrimp and spring onions. It's topped with soy sauce. It's very delicious.
