Ocean Park Marriott Hotel Buffet｜A Satisfying Feast

Recommended by my family, I decided to try the dinner buffet at Ocean Park Marriott Hotel this time. Throughout the meal, the staff promptly cleared away unused plates, providing excellent service. Unlimited servings of Peking duck, ribeye steak, roasted lamb rack, seafood, sashimi, and steamed lobster🦞! The buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, Hong Kong-style, Western, and desserts, making it hard to choose where to start🤤. The highlight is that every dish is meticulously prepared and seasoned, delivering top-notch flavors👅. The ribeye steak is especially tender, and when paired with a simple black pepper sauce, it becomes the ultimate indulgence. The Thai-style grilled meat is rich in fat and incredibly flavorful. The steamed lobster🦞 is freshly cut by the chef🧑🍳 on-site. Each person gets half a lobster per serving, but you can go back for more. The lobster meat is firm, bouncy, and sweet👍🏻. You can choose your own sauce to drizzle on top; I highly recommend the cheese sauce—it’s absolutely delicious🥹. There’s also a wide selection of seafood for seafood lovers to enjoy to their heart’s content! As for desserts🍮, I recommend the caramel pudding🍮 and salted egg yolk cheesecake🍰. The unique combination of salted egg yolk and cheese cream initially seemed odd, but it turned out to be surprisingly delightful🤣. Finally, I ended the meal with some ice cream, perfectly wrapping up the feast.
