The sashimi slices are thick and look fresh, especially the salmon, which has a nice distribution of fat, offering a rich fish oil aroma. The red shrimp and scallops are also sweet and fresh. As for sushi, aside from the basics, there are creative options like foie gras sushi, where the foie gras is larger than the rice and melts in your mouth—truly indulgent!
