Fanling Hakka cuisine: a delicious home-cooked journey! 🍽️❤️

#Register for June Hotel Sleep Tester 2025 Today I went to Fanling with my family to eat Hakka cuisine. We were so happy! 😍 At the beginning, the restaurant served three bowls of broth, which tasted very good, warm and happy! 🥣✨ We ordered steamed catfish with pickled cabbage. The fish is tender and the savory taste of pickled vegetables goes well with it. It tastes great! 🐟🍃 Followed by hometown-style pot rice, the rice grains are distinct, the pot is crispy, the ingredients are rich, it's really good! 🍚🔥 Mapo tofu is also not to be missed. The tofu is smooth and tender, with a moderate spicy taste. 🌶️🍽️ The fried cabbage heart with lard is full of hometown flavor. 🥬🐷 Overall, the dining experience at this Hakka restaurant was very satisfactory, with high quality food and relaxed environment, suitable for family gatherings!
