When I hid in this retro shop with chocolate as its soul, the checkered floor mat at the door was still stained with raindrops~ The wooden bar was filled with chocolate bricks from different producing areas, and the wall was hung with cocoa advertising posters from the 1950s. Under the warm yellow light, even the air was filled with the sweet aroma of roasted cocoa~ Must-order signature Mochaccino! Espresso and hand-made chocolate milk blended together, with delicate milk foam on the top layer, gently stirred with a cinnamon stick, the warmth of hot chocolate wrapped in the mellowness of coffee bloomed on the tip of the tongue~ The most surprising thing is that there are broken chocolate beads hidden at the bottom of the cup, and every bite has a layered taste! The hot cocoa ordered by the guests at the next table is a visual feast: the enamel cup is filled with thick chocolate sauce, paired with marshmallows and biscuit sticks of your choice, which is a perfect rainy day salvation~ Sitting on the velvet sofa, flipping through the old coffee magazines collected by the owner, listening to the rhythm of raindrops hitting the glass windows, I suddenly found that there are antique chocolate molds hidden in the wooden cabinet behind the bar~ When I left, I packed a piece of orange peel chocolate pound cake.
