During lunch hours, they offer a set lunch that includes an appetizer and a main course. The soup of the day was mushroom 🍄🟫 soup, rich and flavorful with mushroom bits in every spoonful. The thinly sliced yellowtail fish 🐟 was fresh and tender, without any fishy taste. It was paired with tiger's milk sauce, a tangy and spicy sauce originating from Peru, which was smooth and appetizing. The sauce was topped with crunchy wasabi tobiko, adding a delightful texture. The thinly sliced steak 🥩 was grilled to perfection, aromatic and free of tendons. It was neither chewy nor tough. The French-style creamy mustard sauce complemented it well, making it less greasy. The signature lobster roll was small but exquisite. Every bite was filled with lobster 🦞 meat. The yuzu egg yolk sauce paired perfectly with the lobster. For an extra burst of freshness, you can add a squeeze of lemon 🍋 juice. The bread was toasted to a golden brown, with a slightly crispy exterior.
