Steamed Seafood

During the holiday, I tried a premium seafood set with friends, and it felt quite sumptuous. The set included crab roe crab, wild eel from Busan, South Korea, Australian young lobster, whole South African dried abalone with special sauce, wild Atlantic mussels, Canadian wild tiger prawns, golden jade snails, crab roe scallops, and organic vegetables. The restaurant has private rooms, making it suitable for gatherings with friends. The windows of the restaurant also offer a view of the fishing harbor, which is quite scenic! First, the crab roe crab had plenty of roe with a rich and fragrant taste, and the crab meat was fresh and sweet. The wild eel was plump and not fishy. The lobster had a firm texture and was quite fresh and sweet. The South African dried abalone was pleasantly chewy. Additionally, the wild mussels and Canadian wild tiger prawns were quite good. The golden jade snails were sweet and refreshing.
