Dessert in Causeway Bay

Today, my sister and I went shopping in Causeway Bay, and we both craved some dessert. So, we decided to visit HeSheEat 😆 It turns out my sister had never been to this place before, so we ordered a smoked salmon salad, a halibut with honey mustard potatoes, a pistachio oat milk coffee, a matcha soufflé, and a strawberry cheesecake with 5.0 Hokkaido milk ice cream. The pan-seared halibut with honey mustard potatoes was delicious. The fish skin was crispy, the fish meat was incredibly tender, and the honey mustard sauce added a sweet touch that was just perfect. The matcha soufflé was so bouncy when it arrived that I couldn’t resist giving it a little shake. The matcha flavor was rich, and the inside was soft and fluffy, making the whole experience delightful. The strawberry cheesecake with 5.0 Hokkaido milk ice cream was also amazing. It even had bits of cheesecake inside. A bite of ice cream paired with the soufflé was heavenly, and the milk ice cream was rich and creamy 😆😆 The salad was fresh and just right for us. We were so satisfied with today’s meal 😌
