Buffet value at Grand Hyatt Hotel Shatin

I'm going to the Regal Riverside Hotel buffet dinner in early September. I'll share with you when the buffet is so popular these days! The buffet is Southeast Asian-themed, with Boston lobster, Australian Wagyu beef, baked oysters, Buddha jumping wall with a bacon, soda and beer and quite delicious longan ice. I have to mention that the desserts here are quite to my taste. The other food was more average, especially the grilled items, which were slightly salty, and the bowl of Laksa and flaming ice cream really needed improvement. #staycation
