General's Village: A Timeless Charm That Captivates

General's Village is a place filled with nostalgia for me. Walking into this village, the old houses built 60 years ago make you feel as if you've traveled back in time. Each building tells its own story, making me imagine what the people who lived here were like and how they spent their lives. I really love this architectural style; this simple yet story-filled village culture makes me feel warm. On a sunny holiday, I came to General's Village after lunch to enjoy this peaceful space. I parked in a nearby parking lot, and it was less than a 100-meter walk to get there. The village retains over a dozen old houses that have been renovated and repurposed. While the exteriors maintain their original style, the interiors have been given new life, turning the area into a creative and leisure park. The place isn't big, so you can walk through it quickly, but it makes you want to stop, enter a small shop, order a drink or some food, and enjoy a moment of leisure. The park is clean and tidy, making you feel relaxed. This kind of time not only lets me reminisce about the good old days but also feel the peace of the present.
