InterContinental Hua Hin: A Perfect Family Escape! 🇹🇭🏖️

#summervacay My recent 4-night stay at the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort with my child was all about hands-free relaxation, and it delivered! We pretty much spent the entire trip at the hotel. Location & Convenience The resort is perfectly situated right by Hua Hin's pristine beach. Across the street is the BlúPort Hua Hin Resort Mall, and the famous Hua Hin Night Market is just a 10-minute drive away, making evening outings for food and shopping super easy. Fantastic Family Amenities Upon check-in, we received complimentary tickets to Vana Nava Water Jungle with shuttle service provided! My child absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave, giving the adults plenty of time to relax. The hotel also offers a variety of activities like merit-making ceremonies and Thai boxing classes. Plus, we were given a $100 USD hotel credit – a very welcome bonus! On Friday night, there's a fantastic BBQ party featuring a wide array of seafood and grilled meats, accompanied by live music and dazzling fire-sparkling performances. It's 1399 THB per person, and kids (with age requirements) dine for free. Spacious Comfort & Beach Fun Our sea-view king room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a massive 2.4-meter bed – more than enough room for our family of three! Definitely make sure to book a room in the main building. I found Hua Hin beach to have fine, soft sand and shallow waters, making it ideal for kids to play and dig. You can even ride horses on the beach for some great photo opportunities! During low tide in the afternoon, we had a blast collecting hermit crabs and small crabs – my child loved the "sea foraging" experience. Overall, the stay was excellent.
