[Chiba Prefecture/Tamasaki Shrine] A majestic shrine with a jet-black building

This is a historic shrine that is the Ichinomiya of Kazusa Province. The exact date of its founding is unknown due to the destruction of the main shrine building and other structures by fire, but it is said to have a history of over 1,200 years. As you enter the sacred grounds, in front of the main shrine building you will see a magnificent vermilion-painted Ryobu Torii gate. To the right of this are three ginkgo trees. As there is a male tree, a female tree and a seedling tree, these ginkgo trees are said to grant fertility and child-bearing.
