A trip to Jeju “Mongke-dang” with an aunt and her baby nephew who love playing in the water

My first trip to Jeju with my baby nephew. I was more worried than excited. ‘Where should I put him to sleep?’ ‘What about baby food?’ After worrying about these things, the accommodation I found was _Jeju Mongke Dang_. Although it is a detached accommodation, there are two houses side by side within one gate. It is not a completely separate structure, but it was nice because we could secure enough privacy, and use it as our own space. The biggest point of this trip was ‘bringing a baby with us,’ so the criteria had to be strict. A place centered around ondol rather than hotel beds, A kitchen where I could cook baby food for my nephew, And a place that would take care of the travel sensibilities of three women: my mom, my sister, and me. (I was in charge of the accommodation for the trip with three mothers, so I was even more nervous✨) Mongke Dang satisfied all of those things. As soon as I entered, I felt reassured because the room structure was so stable, and my nephew, who had just started walking, would get hurt running around, so there were no sharp elements to worry about, so it was really comfortable. The owner prepared a baby mattress in advance, so I didn't have to worry about sleeping!❣️ The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, electric range, pot, knife, and cutting board. I could easily make baby food, and adults could also make simple dishes. At night, the atmosphere was perfect with the TV and speakers under the emotional lighting. And the real highlight of this accommodation! It's the _outdoor jacuzzi_. A jacuzzi with Jeju stone walls in the background...! I played in the water with my nephew during the day under the sunlight, and at night, I went in alone, emotionally.
