When you think of Jeju, it's sashimi! I personally visited the most famous sashimi restaurant in Hamdeok, 'Seonwoo Sashimi House', and took mackerel sashimi, flounder sashimi, and mantis shrimp sashimi to-go :) I took it to my hotel and ate it, and it was so fresh, and the portions were large and delicious, so I was extremely satisfied.
