Entry costs 40RMB and you could spend the day here. Based on the time of year, weather could be lovely and you can take a picnic to sit on the grass and enjoy. If the weather is more tropical (wet), enjoy a drink in the small cafe before continuing round the park to take photos. It is connected to Mengle area so you can loop round to do both for 40RMB.
