It was around 9:30 on a weekday, so it was empty. The Yukhoe was fresh and I dipped it in egg yolk and sweet soy sauce? Or wasabi sauce. It was delicious with perilla leaves. I would have liked it with regular soy sauce. lol It's hard to eat Yukhoe by yourself, but with Kimbap you can eat it with ease, so it's great for solo travelers.
