A Solo Journey

My first solo trip to Osaka and Kyoto was a journey of transformation, from initial nervousness to a sense of ease, as every step brought me closer to my inner self. Riding the Arashiyama Scenic Railway, I admired the lush green mountains and serene streams. I sipped my favorite coffee by the Togetsukyo Bridge and strolled quietly along the artsy streets. At each shrine, I bowed in prayer, bringing back protective charms for myself and my loved ones. The itinerary for this trip seamlessly alternated between bustling activity and tranquil moments. Of course, there were moments of rushing to catch a train or feeling lost, but everything felt just right. I am grateful for taking that first step, for the people, experiences, and blessings from the gods I encountered along the way. This journey was truly worthwhile. I look forward to setting out again next year.
