I started my day in Thamel, wandered through its chaotic charm and buzzing alleys, then made my way to the peaceful stupa of Boudhanath, and ended the day with a magical evening in Patan. My top tip: Eat local as much as you can. The Newari Khaja Set is an absolute must-try, rich in flavor, culture, and variety.
