Balos Lagoon, Crete

#summervacay Balos is one of those beaches that doesn’t look real—it’s that beautiful. The lagoon has layers of blue and pink sand, and the water is warm, shallow, and crystal-clear. Getting there involves a bumpy drive or a boat ride, but once you arrive, it feels like you’ve discovered paradise. I spent the entire day just soaking in the views and swimming between the islets. It’s wild, exotic, and completely serene.
