This is a wonderful hot spring inn. The quality of the food and the hot springs were both perfect. We were also upgraded to a room as a service, and it was very comfortable. More than anything, the hospitality, from the way we were greeted on arrival to the service of the dining staff, was so amazing that I would give it 120 points. The food was so luxurious that when we couldn't finish it, they made us rice balls, which was really helpful.
